Kurigram Polytechnic Institute is one of the oldest and largest technical educational institutions in Bangladesh. The journey started in 2006 under the Directorate of Technical Education, Ministry of Education with four departments. At present engineering diploma is running in 7 subjects.

Established in 2006, Kurigram Polytechnic Institute spans two acres, featuring modern architecture and essential facilities. The campus includes a five-storied administrative building, academic structures, an IT center, a library, workshops, labs, and more. While lacking residential options for students and teachers, residences are provided for principals and staff. Offering four-year diploma courses in seven subjects, the institute prioritizes a comprehensive educational experience. The campus serves as a dynamic hub, fostering both intellectual and personal growth for its students.
